I have been a lifelong math enthusiast. I started winning math competitions at an early age and was the valedictorian at my high school. I went on to receive my Bachelor's in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, where I also minored in Economics, German, and Writing. I received a full scholarship to pursue my Masters of Arts in Teaching (concentration in mathematics) from Bard College and taught math in a New York City public high school before choosing to become a full-time tutor. I love working with students one-on-one or with small groups. I have been using my tutoring talents in New York City full-time since 2008.
In my spare time, I enjoys logic games and jigsaw puzzles. I live in Manhattan with my family, including our two cats.
